Tank warranty varies by product — up to 12 years on select heat pump models, with separate parts and labour warranty periods. Each quote includes the exact warranty terms in writing. Warranty is honoured Australia-wide through our agent network.
Heat pump suits most homes replacing old electric storage — high efficiency, rebate-eligible. Continuous flow gas suits homes with mains gas wanting endless hot water.
